Not at all. We work with business owners and managers who know their process but don't know the tech. You describe the problem, we figure out the solution and explain it in plain English.
How long does a typical project take? ▾
Starter projects typically take 1–2 weeks. Professional builds run 3–6 weeks depending on complexity. We scope the timeline upfront and stick to it.
What if I need changes after launch? ▾
Every project includes a support window (30 or 90 days depending on tier) for bug fixes and minor adjustments. Larger changes after that are scoped as a new project or handled under a retainer.
Do I own the code? ▾
Yes — always. All source code, documentation, and IP is transferred to you at delivery. No licensing fees, no lock-in.
Do you only work with San Antonio businesses? ▾
San Antonio is our home market and where we focus, but we work remotely with clients nationwide. If you need on-site work, we're available in the San Antonio metro area.
