Rolling out Cisco Meraki across your locations? We configure every site from one standard, before the hardware shows up. No "site 3 is set up differently," no tech clicking through the dashboard for an afternoon per store.
// The Problem
Configuring one location in the Meraki dashboard is fine. By the fifth one, settings drift, steps get skipped, and nobody can say for sure which site has which config.
Drift
Small differences in SSIDs, VLANs, or firewall rules turn every support call into a guessing game.
Time
Hand-building each network is slow, and it ties up your best tech on repetitive clicking.
Go-live
When configuration happens on site, every mistake gets found while the store is waiting to open.
// How It Works
We do the work with AutoPilot MDD, our own Meraki deployment tool. Your sites get built from the same standard, through the Meraki API, and checked before anyone plugs in a cable.
Standard
We document your standard site: networks, wireless, VLANs, security settings, naming.
Pilot
We build the first location, you sign off, and that becomes the template.
Rollout
Remaining sites are built from the template, consistently, ahead of hardware arrival. Every change is previewed before anything is written.
Handoff
Each change is verified in Meraki, and you get the audit trail of exactly what was deployed, site by site.
// Pricing
You know the cost before we start. Hardware and Meraki licensing are purchased separately; we handle the configuration.
01 · Pilot Site
3–5 business days · 30 days support
Perfect for a new location or to see how we work before a bigger rollout.
02 · Multi-Site Rollout
$1,500 minimum · 30 days support
Every location configured from one template, so they all match on day one.
03 · Ongoing Changes
Month to month · after a rollout
New stores, new SSIDs, VLAN updates. Changes get applied across every site, not just the one someone remembered.
Also available
Moving sites to a new template without losing their VLANs, or swapping old gear (like MX64s) for new. Each site's VLANs and WAN settings are saved before anything is touched. Quoted per project.

No. Buy your Meraki hardware and licenses from your usual reseller. We configure what's in your Meraki organization.
A Meraki API key from a dedicated admin account that can see only your organization. Our tooling refuses to run if the key can see any other org. The key stays on our workstation, never in a cloud service, and you can revoke it the moment the project is done.
Yes. We can use an existing site as the standard, or clean it up first so new sites don't copy old mistakes.
