Meraki deployment for MSPs. Run new-site rollouts, template migrations, and hardware refreshes from a spreadsheet, across every customer org you manage. You see every change before anything is written.
// Three Playbooks
Each playbook is a fixed, tested sequence of steps. Every step checks the live org first and only changes what's actually different, so running it twice doesn't break anything.
01 · New Site Deployment
One row per site. MDD builds each network and binds it to the right template.
02 · Template Migration
The move that normally wipes per-site VLAN settings. MDD saves them first and puts them back.
If the new template is missing a VLAN a site uses, that site is blocked in the preview instead of losing data.
03 · Hardware Refresh
Built for refreshes like MX64 to MX67. Capture what matters, swap the hardware, and bring the config across.
The destructive steps stay off until you pick a settings file for that customer.
// Why MSPs Use It
No more logging in and out of customer orgs and rebuilding the same site by hand. Every job runs the same way, for every customer, every time.
Multi-customer
Switch customers from the header. You always see which org you're connected to, and switching is refused while a run is in progress.
Preview first
Upload the workbook and MDD reads the live org and lists every change by site. If any site is blocked, nothing runs. You type YES to apply.
Recoverable
Every change is logged. If a site fails, MDD stops that site and keeps going with the rest. Re-run and it skips the sites that already finished.
// Security
No cloud service in the middle. AutoPilot MDD runs on your own PC and talks straight to the Meraki API.
// What You Need
A PC
MDD runs as a small local app on your own machine. Install it once, launch it, and it opens in your browser.
A key per customer
One Meraki API key per customer, from an admin account that can see only that customer's org.
A workbook
One row per site and one per device. MDD checks the whole sheet first and lists every problem at once.
Full setup, workbook columns, and every playbook step are in the AutoPilot MDD Help Center →
// Licensing
A one-time license, tiered by how many customer orgs you run it against. Annual updates keep you current as the Meraki API changes. If you stop renewing, your copy keeps working; it just stops getting updates.

Same family, different job. AutoPilot is our workload automation platform. AutoPilot MDD is a separate tool for Meraki deployments, and it runs entirely on your PC.
No. Keys live in profile files on your PC and MDD talks directly to the Meraki API. Nothing passes through Suretek.
Each profile names one org. Before anything runs, the safety guard checks that the key can see only that org, and refuses if it can see any other. A preview made for one customer can't be applied after switching to another.
Today it builds the network, binds the template, and sets VLAN subnets and addresses. Claiming, naming, and WAN setup for new serials already run in Hardware Refresh, and they're coming to New Site Deployment next.
That site stops, so later steps don't build on a bad state, and the run moves on to the next site. Everything is checkpointed, so re-running picks up where it left off and skips the sites that finished. Migrations and refreshes save VLANs and WAN settings to disk before touching anything.
Your copy keeps working at the version you have. Renewing gets you new features and fixes when the Meraki API changes.
