// What You'll Sell

Product 01

Suretek Scheduler

A custom scheduling and job dispatch platform for service-based businesses. Automates appointment booking, staff scheduling, and workflow dispatching — replacing manual spreadsheets and phone-tag with one streamlined system.

Product 02

Back-Office Automation

Custom workflow automation for HR, payroll processing, expense approvals, procurement, compliance reporting, and more. Delivered as an ongoing managed service or fixed-price project engagement.

// What You'll Do

  • Prospect and qualify leads in the San Antonio metro and surrounding markets (any industry)
  • Conduct introductory meetings with business owners, office managers, and operations leads
  • Identify back-office pain points and match them to Suretek products and services
  • Coordinate with the Suretek technical team to schedule demos and prepare proposals
  • Follow up and close deals; manage your own pipeline and track commissions
  • Maintain relationships post-sale to generate referrals and upsell opportunities

// What We're Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales track record (technology, software, or professional services preferred)
  • Comfortable with cold outreach — phone, email, and in-person prospecting
  • Strong communicator who can translate technical value into business outcomes
  • Self-motivated and disciplined enough to manage your own schedule and pipeline
  • Existing business network in San Antonio is a strong advantage
  • Basic comfort with technology — you don't need to know how it's built, just how it helps
